Jonathan, fondly known as Labille, was born to Labuōn and Tirose Joor, on January 6, 1942, in Likiep Atoll, Marshall Islands. He was a talented carpenter who worked on Kwajalein Atoll for nearly 40 years plus. He loved playing sports, mainly baseball and enjoyed fishing. He spent most of his youth and adult ages in the RMI before he migrated first to Honolulu in 2008 with his first wife, Tokiko Kabo Labuōn and on to Spokane in 2010 and became a Deacon of New Hope in 2012 with his second wife Kathy Nang Labuōn.
Jonathan is survived by his wife Kathy and his eight children, Angela, Jinako, Marcella, Priscilla, David, Paul, Aileen, Jennifer and all his 40 grandchildren and 52 great grandchild.
Close to his last years of his life, Jonathan made a completely different transformation of his life and took Jesus Christ and became a Deacon at the New Hope Church. Jonathan was passionate about giving back. Back home in the Marshall Islands, he is well known for his generous and kind heart to everyone, he had a great ability to make others smile and his sense of humor will be truly and surely missed.
