Mary C. Larsen came to rest on Dec. 29, 2016 at the age of 100 years.
Mary graduated High School at North Central in Spokane.
She married Emil Larsen and they resided in Spokane for the entire 76 years of their marriage. They had two children, Arlene Larsen and Darrell Larsen. We all celebrate her life as daughter-in-law Beth Larsen, granddaughters, Karan Harms, Kathaleen Davila, seven great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
Mary was a Scout leader for both of her children and she worked as Office Manager for Maier Radio & TV. She was a regional President of the Danish Sisterhood and a longtime member of Valley Striders. She traveled all over Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and the U.S.
We were blessed by her great example in living and are blessed by her memory.
A Memorial Service is scheduled Wed., Jan. 4, 2016, at 2:00 pm at Thornhill Valley Chapel, 1400 S. Pines Rd., Spokane Valley, WA with reception following. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Hospice of Spokane.
