Don loved his wife of 62 years, Patty Dobbs. Their family includes three children, ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Don served his country in the Army and Air Force during WW II. As a Navy Chaplain, he had tours with the Marines and on Naval ships during the Vietnam War. After retiring from the Navy, Don pastored churches in Canada and Germany. He continued ministering in the Spokane community and his church.
