

Eva passed away peacefully on March 1, 2017 at 90 years of age. She was surrounded and supported by her family, friends and wonderful care givers. Eva was born in Deer Park, WA, May 14, 1926, to Raymond and Melda (Morgan) Bugenhagen. Eva attended school in Deer Park WA. She then moved to Spokane with her family to attend and graduate from North Central High School. While in Spokane she met Robert (Bob) Tiffany, a naval training recruit at Farragut, Idaho. They fell in love, got married and shared 69 years of marriage living and working in Spokane. Eva worked in the home shared with her parents, sister Vikki (Bugenhagen) Rowland, Bob and son Mike. Eva later worked for Montgomery Wards for several years in Spokane at both the Downtown and North Division locations. Eva and Bob always enjoyed all of their great family events, boating on Lake Coeur D’ Alene, being grandparents, traveling and keeping in touch with work-related friends and their families.
Eva was preceded in death by her husband Bob; sister and brother-in-law Dale and Dorothy Morgan, Colville; brother-in-law, Raymond Brown, Renton; and an infant nephew Jacob Rowland.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Barbara Tiffany, Coeur d Alene; grandson Chad Tiffany, Lewisville Texas; granddaughter Jenny Tiffany, Portland Oregon; sister Vikki Rowlalnd, Spokane; sister-in-law, Marguerite Brown, Seattle; nieces and nephews, Kevin Morgan and Lanette Morgan, Colville, Laura and Richard Burgi, Seattle, Barb and Greg Livdahl, Bainbridge Island, Shirley and Jack Wall, Monroe; cousins, Phil and Shari Slater, Spokane; close family friends Sharon and Jerry Highland, Nine Mile Falls, Dan Jones, Lake Steven, WA; and other numerous cousins. Also the Best Friend a person could ever have, Maxine Vandenburg, Spokane.
There will be a visitation for Eva Wednesday, March 8, 2017 from 2:00 to 7:00 pm at Hazen & Jaeger Funeral Home, 1306 N. Monroe, Spokane, WA. A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
The Family would like to extend their most heartfelt gratitude to Fairview Assisted Living, to their owners and employees for the great care, love and extraordinary friendship given to both Bob and Eva in the final years of their lives. We would also like to extend the same appreciation to Horizon Hospice and their entire staff for their assistance in caring for both Bob and Eva.
