Passed away November 25, 2016, in Spokane, WA. She lived her entire life in Spokane, having been born to Robert and Muriel Cline on June 26, 1938. Frances graduated from Eastern Washington University and worked as a CPA, retiring from Washington Water Power. She was a member of MENSA and several needlework guilds. She volunteered with Public Radio, the United Way, and other community organizations.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents; and brother Delbert Cline. She is survived by her sons, Michael (Aris) Kihara, and Steven Kihara; brother Lowell Cline; sisters Roberta Pedersen and Phyllis Daum; and three grandchildren.
A memorial reception will occur Thursday, December 1, 2016, from 1 – 3 PM at Hazen & Jaeger Funeral Home, 1306 N Monroe, Spokane, WA.
