Joshua William Wright

Joshua William Wright (age 16) went to be with Jesus on August 23, 2010. He is survived by his parents, Randy and Lisa Wright; brothers and sisters, Tyler Wright, Shannon Sauer and husband Ryan, Nolan Wright, Emma Wright; grandparents, Jim and Judy Clancy, Charles Wright; great-grandparents, Pearl “Nana” Hays, Leo and Wilma Georget; uncles, Allen Wright and wife Jan, Charles Wright and wife Jeanie, as well as his cousins Angela, Charissa, Justin, Charity, Samuel, Jeremiah and Nathan. Josh was born in Spokane on June 17, 1994 and has lived in the area all his life. He attended Ridgeview Christian Center and participated in the youth group there. He grew up in the Royal Rangers at Ridgeview and was awarded the Gold Medal of Achievement in 2008. Josh attended Northwest Christian School since kindergarten and was looking forward to starting his junior year there.

A memorial service to celebrate Josh’s life will be at 1:00 PM on Friday, August 27, 2010 at Faith Bible Church, 600 West Cora Ave. in Spokane. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Josh Wright Scholarship Fund c/o Northwest Christian School, 5104 E. Bernhill Rd, Colbert, WA 99005.

Josh’s family would like to express their heartfelt thanks for all of the love, support and prayers at this time. They also wish to thank all of the special people with the school, the church and Royal Rangers who have meant so much to Josh throughout his life.
