Joyce passed away December 17, 2016 in Spokane, WA. She was born to Claude and Melritta Dale, in Sioux City, Iowa. She is survived by her 3 daughters, Lyn Omans, Julie (Rob) Russell, Donna (Gary) Brown, and her son, Doug Omans. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren, and
18 great-greatgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Merlin Sorensen, son Daniel Sorensen, and daughter Christine Omans. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2017, 11:30am at the Sunset Chapel at Fairmount Memorial Park, 5200 W. Wellesley Ave, Spokane, WA.
