Margaret Irene Rail

Margaret Irene Seefeldt Rail (age 84) passed away April 26, 2018 in Spokane, WA. She was born July 25, 1933 in Chewelah, WA to Fernando and Louverne (Hartill) Seefeldt. She attended the Chewelah schools and married John Rail in 1950. They raised five children together in Spokane. In 1998, Margaret took up the hobby of cemetery transcribing, and later became editor of Interment.net. She served as Vice President of the Evergreen Cemetery Board in Hillyard, and remained very active in her church and her cemetery work.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband John Edward Rail, brother Franklin Seefeldt, sister Virginia Childress, son Michael Lee Rail, and granddaughter, Dawn Morris. She is survived by four children Kathy Lynn Rail, James Alan Rail, Vicki Ann Morris, Richard Dennis Rail; five grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and a sister, Kathleen Wynia.

A Memorial Service will be at 11:00am on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at Saint Peter Lutheran Church, 4620 N. Regal St. in Spokane. Private burial was at Greenwood Memorial Terrace.
