Mark Glen Howell passed away October 21, 2017, at Spokane Valley Hospital after a sudden illness. He is survived by his parents, Darrell Howell and Kelly Halligan; and grandmother Beverly Herbert. Mark has relatives in CA, WA, and UT. He loved social media, friends, and family.
A memorial service will be held November 18, 2017 at 1:00 pm at the Church of Jesus Christ, Latter Day Saints, 13608 E Belle Terre Ave, Spokane Valley.
