Mary Louise Etherington

We lost our sweet momma Mary to cancer on May 31 after an 8 month battle. Mary Louise Jameson was born May 28 1948 to Ethel and Ted Jameson in Spokane. She went to school at North Central and Cheney where she met her soulmate Charles Etherington Jr. on a blind date. They were married July 17, 1964 and started their family in Aurora, Co. while Chuck was in the Air Force, settling back in Spokane in 1967 to raise their family. She loved her family and doted on her children until her first grandbaby was born who became the center of her universe. She retired from Sacred Heart Hospital in 2010 and devoted her retirement to taking care of her grandchildren and great grandbabies.

She was preceded in death by her husband Chuck in 2010, her parents and her sisters Martha Redford and Judy Cooke. She is survived by her children Kimberlin (Kevin) Sprague, Loren Etherington, and Trina Etherington. Her grandchildren Shala (James) Delay, Savannah and Alexandria Sprague. And her great grandchildren Izaack and Hanna Delay. She is also survived by her brothers Robert (Dee) Jameson , Edward Jameson and Robert (Cathy) Himes. As per her wishes there will be no funeral. The family is planning a get together to honor and remember Chuck and Mary on June 14th at their home at noon for family and friends.
