

He attended Wilson Grade School and graduated from Lewis and Clark High School. Ron started his college education at Washington State University in Pullman, Washington and finished his education at University of Washington in Seattle, where he earned his degree in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering.
Ron worked at Union Iron Works for a short period and then went to work at Mail Well Envelope as a salesman. He found his calling. He loved his customers and remained there for 40 years.
After retiring from Mail Well Envelope, he started his own company, Value_Plus, Inc. where he continued working with many of his longtime customers and good friends.
Ron spent his life taking care of his mother Ruthe, playing golf, and working on his 1960 Corvette.
He loved his cabin at Priest Lake. (His ashes are there.) He loved playing pinochle with his long time good friends Ray and Carolyn Hunter, and having coffee with his good friend Keith Erhart.
Ron is preceded in death by his mother, father and sister Sara Lee.
He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Jo-Ann, and his sister Marilyn Hammer, his stepchildren Liz Leeds (Kyle), Ida Stowe (Kevin), Denise Dillard, and Scott Morgan (Melodie). Nephew Charles Lust and niece Ruthanne Lust, nieces Kendra and Marna, and 6 grandchildren: Tyler, Sydney, Rachelle, Trent, Katrina and AJ as well as 1 great grandchild Natalee.
