Veeda Marie Felter Collier

She was born on April 15, 1939, in Fort Duchesne, Utah. She grew up in Roosevelt, Utah.

In 1956 she married Frank Collier and the couple had five children together. She was extremely devoted to her family.

Veeda enjoyed fishing, gardening, canning and woodworking. She loved her dogs, horses, wolves and all types of animals. She was an amazing cook. Her family and friends will always remember how giving and caring she was to all.

She is survived by her children, Colleen Porter, Shirley (Lynn) Kelso, Colan Collier and Ginny (Phil) Eldridge. Grandchildren: Ryan Jernigan, Brant Collier, Angie Douglas, Bill Collier, Brandy Collier, Eric Collier, Veeda Jo Jones and Cody Hawken. As well as numerous great grandkids and a great-great grandchild, nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by Frank Collier (spouse), Penny Collier (daughter), and David Jernigan (grandson), Rhonda Bucher (mother), Daniel Felter (father) and siblings Jim Felter, Jasper Felter, Earl Felter and Janet Clark.

A visitation for Veeda will be held Thursday, April 20, 2023, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM

at Ball & Dodd Funeral Home, 5100 West Wellesley Ave, Spokane, WA 99205.

A memorial service will occur Friday, April 21, 2023, beginning at 10:00 AM,

5100 West Wellesley Ave, Spokane, WA 99205.

A graveside service will occur Friday, April 21, 2023, following the memorial service

at Woodland Cemetery, 5315 W Monroe Rd, Deer Park, WA 99006.
