Born in Chattanooga, TN, she came to this area years ago from Beavercreek, OR. Alice retired from the Federal Reserve Bank and was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great- grandmother, and great-great- grandmother.
Alice is preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Turner, her father, Ed Turner, sisters Marion and June, husband Emery, her stillborn daughter Dinah Lee, and stillborn great-granddaughter Isabella.
Survivors include two sons, Dennis (Linda) Hardesty of Grants Pass, OR and Michael (Elizabeth) Thomas of Winter Park, FL, and three daughters, Becky (Dennis) Wetherell of Palmer, AK, Cheri (Dale) Frazell of Portland, OR, Kathy (Gary) Garner of Ocala, FL. A nephew Darrell Lawson of Ocala FL, who was more like a brother to Alice.
Alice is also survived by ten grandchildren, Christy Jordan, Scott Frazell, Jerod Garner, Brandon Garner, Amy Trelz, Jessie Wetherell, Michelle Wetherell, Michael Thomas, Jr., Carlos Hardesty, and Marcus Hardesty, as well as thirteen great- grandchildren and 2 great- great- grandchildren.
