Allen served his country through service in the Army Reserves and the Navy, carrying forward a steady sense of duty and commitment that remained evident throughout his life. He will be remembered as a beloved presence to those who knew him, and for a generosity that was offered quietly, sincerely, and without expectation.
He is predeceased by his parents Louise Gatti and John Cucksey and brother Michael Cucksey.
He is survived by his loving wife, Brenda May Cucksey; his sister, Patricia Cucksey Williams; his sons, Anthony Allen Cucksey and Allen F. Cucksey Jr.; and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his stepdaughters, Connie Sportiello, Christina Sportiello, and Melissa Mathis, and his son-in-law, Stephen Feckishazy.
