Ann Simpson Keck, 87 of Sandy Springs, Ga. And Brooksville, Fl. died quietly at home on September 29, 2018 under hospice care following a series of strokes. Ann is the daughter of Polly Chaddick Simpson and Harry Eugene Simpson of Coral Gables, FL. Always a good student, Ann graduated from elementary and high schools in Coral Gables as well as the Harcum School of Art in Bryn Mawr, PA. Ann was a happy and devoted wife and mother as well as a gifted artist and enthusiastic ocean cruising sailor. She was a member of the Junior Leagues of Miami and Atlanta.
Ann is survived by her husband of 67 years, Julian Wylly Keck, Jr. and by sons David W. Keck of Lincoln, NE., and Harry S. Keck of Brooksville, FL. together with four granddaughters, two great grandsons and a great granddaughter.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday October 4, 2018 at 3:30 PM at Turner Funeral Home 14360 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, FL. Friends may gather at the funeral home from 2:30 to service time. A small graveside service will be held at the Keck Family Plot in the Bonaventure Cemetery, Savannah, GA on Saturday October 6, 2018 at 1:00 PM.
