

Carol was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Captain Frederick A. Phillips.
She leaves behind a loving family who will cherish her memory; her children Randy of Florida, Rhonda (Roy) of Florida, Rina of Florida, Theresa (John) of Virginia, and Kathy of Georgia. She is also survived by her stepchildren James (Anne) of Pennsylvania, Jerra (Randy) of Alabama, and Buck (Leighann) of Alabama. Carol was the proud grandmother of 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, all of whom brough great joy to her life.
Carol was a devoted member of The Church of Brooksville, where her faith in God was the foundation of her life. She loved the Lord deeply and found great comfort and joy in Scripture, especially Psalm 100:
"Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands.
Serve the Lord with gladness: come before His presence with singing."
Carol had a heart for helping others. She was the former owner of a weight loss center in Spring Hill for over 25 years, she touched the lives of many. Through her work, she built lifelong friendships and found great fulfillment doing what she loved.
She was also a very creative woman who enjoyed crafting and sewing. Carol had a vivacious personality that brought joy and laughter to everyone she met. Her kindness, warmth, and strong faith left a lasting impact on all who knew her.
