Cinda Lou "Cindy" Bishop

Cinda L. "Cindy" Bishop: born on November 9, 1943; Lived, Laughed, and Loved life well and went to be with our Lord on March 6, 2016. Cinda is survived by her husband of 44 years, Robert A. Bishop II, 2 step daughters: Stephanie Lutz (Michael) and Melinda Claudill of McKinney TX. 4 grandchildren: Ashleigh, Jordan, Alexandra, & Cassandra. Sisters in Law: Shirley Bishop-Terrell, FL & Jeanie Bishop Mundy, TX. Mother in Law, Eunice Bishop of Lansing MI. And… scores of nieces and nephews. Cinda was preceded in death by her parents: Ormal & Kathryn Matchett of Kokomo, IN; brother David Matchett- US Army deceased in Viet Nam; sister in law Janet Bishop Hurd, FL. Cinda was a dedicated RN for more than 40 years, with a Master’s degree in Business Admin from the University of Texas in Dallas, and retired as the Director of Nursing at HCA Medical Center in Plano Texas. She was a director on many committees and on the board for ‘Battered Women’ in Texas. Cinda loved to golf and could win any shopping contest challenge she was presented with. A celebration of Cinda’s life will be held at the Mariner United Methodist Church, 7079 Mariner Blvd Springhill, Florida at 12PM Thursday March 10, 2016.
