Denise Allison Gandolfo, 55, of Spring Hill, FL, passed away peacefully in her home on June 10, 2020 with her loving and devoted husband Vince, and daughter Hannah by her side. Denise was born in Miami, Florida on April 7, 1965 to Doug and the late Dennie (Livingston) McCaul. She was an only child. She moved to Brooksville with her family in 1978 and graduated at Hernando High School in 1983. Denise then went to school for mortuary science at St. Pete College of Florida and then went on to work at her family funeral home, Pinecrest Funeral Chapel, in Spring Hill, FL for four years. In 1987 Denise went to serve an apprenticeship to become a licensed dispensing optician in Florida. She enjoyed working at the Walmart Vision Center on Hwy. 50 in Brooksville for 10 plus years. Denise gave birth to her beloved daughter, Hannah, on July 10, 2002. On February 29, 2020, Denise married her soulmate, Vince Gandolfo. Denise was an amazing wife and mother. She always had a smile and a quick witted sense of humor that was loved by everyone. With her warm, loving personality, she made friends everywhere she went. Denise enjoyed listening to music, such as 80s pop and smooth jazz, tending to her plants, watching British shows, exercising, and loved to cook and bake for family and friends. She is survived by her loving husband Vince and daughter Hannah and many other great family members and friends. Denise will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her; she lives on in our hearts and memories.
