He was born in Suwalki, Poland on May 16, 1923 and graduated from Manhattan High School. He received a CTD from Algahany College in Meadville, PA. Frank married Anne M. (Brooks) Kupraitys on May 12, 1946 and worked as an auto service technician for Ford/Cadillac. He loved boating and photography.
Survivors include his children, Carol Ann Massimo and Joyce Ann Novack; and grandchildren Charles A. Novack IV and Jillian Lynn Keithly.
A visitation for Frank will be was held Sunday, March 5, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Turner Funeral Homes, 14360 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, FL 34609. A funeral service was held Monday, March 6, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Joan of Arc Roman Catholic Church, 13485 Spring Hill Dr, Spring Hill, FL 34609.
