Born in New Jersey on September 8, 1954, Jacqueline graduated from John F Kennedy High School and later received a bachelor’s degree from Pasco Hernando Community College.
She was a member of Phi Beta Kappa (PHCC) and served as president in 2004–2005, an accomplishment that spoke to her commitment and leadership.
Jacqueline worked as a restaurant owner and chef, bringing dedication and care to her work and to those she served.
Jacqueline married Donald Cogan on August 28, 1976. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Connie Jo (Tony); her son, Charles Vincent (Becca); her granddaughters, Savannah Rayne, Madison Jaqueline, and Kennedy Rose; and her grandson, Antonio Conner. She is also survived by her brothers, Michael, Charles, Dean, and Paul, and her sister, Sandra.
She had a passion for reading, writing, poetry, painting, traveling, and spending time with her grandchildren; interests that reflected her thoughtful spirit and the warmth she shared with her family.
