Jackie was born in New Jersey and raised in Manasquan, NJ. She graduated from Manasquan High School. She married Alvin Decker of Spring Lake Heights, NJ and raised her four children in Brick, NJ, later moving to Toms River, NJ before finally landing in Spring Hill, FL. Jackie worked at Shop Rite in NJ in the Meat Department. She later worked at 3M in NJ, and Spartan Electronics in FL. She was particularly talented in fashion design, designing and making
clothing for herself and her family and had a knack for drawing, crafting and decorating. Her love of gardening is evident when walking through her yard.
Jackie is survived by her beloved children, Cynthia of Lancaster, PA, Jeff (Judi) Spring Hill, FL, and Tiffany (Michael), as well as her dear grandchildren, Ryan, Lauren, Brett, Michael, Hannah, Kylie, Amanda, and ten great grandchildren, Lexi, Michael, Nicholas, Arianna, Peyton, Penelope, Josiah, Jaxson, Juniper, and Vivienne. She is also survived by her siblings Dolores, Sharon, Alan, and Robert (Constance) and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in
death by her parents, Thomas and Dorothy Osborne, her brothers, Timothy, Dave, and Ronald Osborne, her husband Alvin Decker and her eldest son, Richard Decker. After Alvin’s death, she was lucky to find love again and leaves behind her long-time partner, Arty Scheeder, and their beloved pets, Cassie and Teddy.
