Nice obit only why was his wife Shirley left out.  What a disgrace.   Shame on you Kim.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Jimmy for the past 3 years as his neighbor and friend. My fondest memory is of driving around the corner to my home and seeing Jimmy chatting with my husband Jerry (which they did often). I said to them both, what a delight it was to see two handsome gentlemen welcoming me home from work. Jimmy smiled and said he could arrange to be there more often. He was a kind and friendly neighbor whose bright presence I will certainly miss. God bless all of his family and friends. 


Kim, Brittany & Quentin it's with great sadness to hear about the passing of Mr. Outz he was my dads best buddy brothers. We will cherish the great family memories we had with you guys in Williamsburg. He's resting  in heaven with Ms. Outz and laughing cracking jokes with my dad. We love you all and here for you during this difficult and always.

i met Jimmy and Shirley at Spring Hill Baptist Church ten years ago,  both were great ..... not only good friends but great Christian friends .  I recently talked with him and he was still the same good friend he was when I attended SHBC.  He indeed will be sorely missed but all who met him were indeed blessed.  May God continue to bless you  in your time of sorrow

It is too soon for you to go, (dad) Mr.James wish you were here to tell Kim and I how we need to live and give us the advice like u did, your gone but never forgotten. I will never forget the conversation we had and memories we shared in Peachtree City. Love you and Mama Fly high. 

We met Jimmy over 25 years ago and have been in contact as much as possible ever sense.  Jimmy and Shirley were very good friends and distance prevented us from being together more.  Jimmy's wisdom and encouragement was priceless.  I don't recall ever meeting anyone who was as uplifting as Jimmy and always full of energy.  He left fond memories and messages of hope, and goodness wherever he went.  I loved Mr. Jimmy like a brother and miss him so much.  My wife and i wish the family the peace of knowing that Jimmy is in a loving place united with Shirley, and that he will always be with you in everything that you think, say, and do.   God Bless.
