Janice Pauline Chochowski

Janice Pauline Chochowski, 87, of Brooksville, Florida, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 16, 2024. Born on January 31, 1937 in Worcester, Massachusetts, to Ralph E. Eaton and Anita P. (Sharon) Swenson.

Janice loved cooking with her grandmother, shopping with her daughters, spending time with her family, grooming plants, and cruising. She loved Jesus and her church, St. Francis Xavier Cabrini.

Janice is preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Joseph F. Chochowski. She is survived by her brother Ralph E. Eaton, Jr.; five daughters Anita P. Doering, Debra A. Curcio (Sal), Diana M. Cooper (Eddy), Sharon L. Spellman (Jim), and Joelle A. Chochowski; 8 Grandchildren Christopher, Amy, Philip, Adrienne, Eddy Michael, Jacob, Alexis, and Jimmy; 13 Great Grandchildren Sierra, Kaelin, Riley, Easton, Athrun, Brenner, Charlotte, Luca, Grayson, Holden, Sara Grace, Sammy, and Miles.

Visitation will be Sunday, June 23, 2024 from 5-8pm at Dignity, Turner Funeral Home, 14360 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, Florida 34609. There will be a Catholic mass in her honor on Monday, June 24, 2024 at 11am at St. Francis Xavier Cabrini, 5030 Mariner Boulevard, Spring Hill, Florida 34609. Janice will be laid to rest on Monday, June 24, 2024 at 1:30 PM at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
