Jeff was born on February 23, 1983 in Plainview, NY, the son of John and Carol Conway.
Jeff had a career in Real Estate/Investments. He had a passion for family, riding motorcycles, being on the water, and being a Dad.
Jeff is survived by his daughter Callieann Grace, his mother Carol, his girlfriend Cristina, his brother John, nephew Jacob, niece Holly, and his sister-in-law Heidi. He is preceded in death by his father John.
Funeral Mass for Jeff will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on February 17, 2025 at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, 5030 Mariner Blvd. Spring Hill, FL
