John Peter Tedesco

A visitation for John will be held on Monday, October 30, 2023, from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM with a vigil at 6:30 PM at Turner Funeral Homes, 14360 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, FL 34609.

A mass will be held on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at St. Frances Cabrini, 5030 Mariner Blvd., Spring Hill, FL 34609. A committal will occur on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at Florida Hills Memorial Gardens, 14354 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, FL 34609.

John was born August 30, 1941, to John and Lena (Tufano) Tedesco in Derby, Ct. John was the oldest of four boys, Dominick, Francis, and Michael. He was a graduate of Manhattan College with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Columbia University with a Master of Business Administration. John worked at Verizon as a senior executive for over thirty years. Once retired from Verizon, John went on to consult for the telecommunications industry around the world. John loved to play golf, spend time with his family, and was a voracious reader.

He is survived by his wife, Irene, his brother Francis (Luann), his two children, Donna-Jean and John Jr., and four grandchildren, Justin, Arianna (Eric), Luca, and Paloma.

He will be missed by all who knew him.
