He was born April 1, 1934 in Boston, Massachusetts to the late Nicolo and Filomena (Correnti) Internicola. After graduating Revere High School, Class of 1954 he enlisted in the military and became a US Air Force Veteran as a radio controller repairman.
Joe lived a life marked by dedication and resilience. Whether in his professional endeavors or personal relationships, he was known for his steadfast nature and unwavering presence.
He is survived by his wife, Maureen Donovan Internicola, who adored him. They enjoyed many peaceful driving trips together when Joe wasn’t indulging in a round of golf!
Joe is predeceased by his siblings, Anthony (Diane), Salvatore (Elaine), Betty Bacon, Ann (Arthur) Cafarella. He is also survived and loved by Stacey Bronsdon Rizzo, Susan Noble, Patricia Driscoll, Kelly Mattera, Wendy Hennessy, and Lori Cacciatore.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
