

Kevin F. Stack I, age 62, of Spring Hill, FL., died on Friday, May 15, 2015, in Spring Hill, FL. A 15 year resident coming from Medford, MA. Kevin was born on March 5, 1953, in Cambridge, MA to the late Thomas M. & Ivy (Robertson) Stackpole. Kevin was a retired Robotics Engineer who worked for many years for the Hostess Baking Company, in Natick, MA, and was a member of the International Baking Union. Kevin was a combat wounded Disabled Veteran who served in both the US Marine Corps and the US Army, from 1970 – 1978. Kevin was a member of the VFW 10209 in Spring Hill and attended St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. Kevin is preceded in death by his parents, brothers; Martin T. Stackpole & Alfred F. Stackpole, and by his sister, Mary C. Hayward. Kevin is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Linda (Lakin) Stack, of Spring Hill, FL. sons; Kevin F. Stack, II and Robert G. Stack, of Spring Hill, FL. and daughter, Nicole M. (Stack) & Justin W. Coggins, of Spring Hill. Kevin is also survived by his cherished grandchildren; Rayella, Jayden, Liam, Cheyenne, and Jackson. Kevin will also be sorely missed by his brother, Michael F. (Maureen) Stackpole of Winchedon, MA. and sister, Bronwyn F. (Anthony) Mastrangelo, of Belmont, MA. Kevin’s family and friends will gather for his visitation on Friday, May 22, 2015, from 9-11 am at the Turner Funeral Home, Spring Hill Drive Chapel, 14360 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, FL. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home at 11 am, with Fr. Edward Reiter, of St Joan of Arc Catholic Church, officiating. Burial will follow the Military Honors that will be bestowed at Florida National Cemetery, in Bushnell, FL. The VFW 10209 and US Army soldiers will share the duties at 12:30 pm, Friday, May 22, 2015. In lieu of flowers, Kevin’s family requests donation be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105
