

Linda Diane Trenchard, a beloved and compassionate soul, passed away on October 1, 2025, at the age of 75. Born on March 14, 1950, in New Haven, Connecticut, Linda was a kind-hearted and selfless individual who touched the lives of many with her beautiful spirit.
Linda graduated high school with a diploma and went on to work in the banking industry, where she was known for her dedication and professionalism. She was married to Walter Trenchard, who has since passed, and was engaged to her devoted fiancé of 23 years, Dennis Chamberlain.
Her family was her greatest joy, and she was affectionately known as a beloved fiancé, mother, grandmother, nanny, and auntie. Linda’s love for her family was unmatched, and she was truly the glue that held them together.
Linda was a caring and loving mother to her children, Gloria Bussey and Nicole Trenchard, and a cherished grandmother to Saleena Bussey, Cassandra Bussey, Jonathan Kerns and Cindy Cason. She is survived by her sister Margaret Damatoi, and leaves behind her nieces and nephews: Laura, Donna, Rebecca, Melanie, and Dudley Barkalow Jr. Linda was predeceased by her sisters Debbie, Roberta, and Gloria.
Her interests included her family and a passion for antiques. Linda was also a dedicated animal advocate, passing down her love for animals to her family. Her compassion for others and the love she poured into her family were truly extraordinary.
A graveside service will be held at Florida Hills Memorial Gardens, located at 14354 Spring Hill Dr, Spring Hill, FL 34609, on October 10, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 1:45 pm.
Linda Diane Trenchard was a source of comfort, strength, and endless kindness to everyone who knew her. She was everything to those blessed to have her in their lives, and her legacy of love and compassion will continue to inspire all who knew her.
