Born in Whitestone, NY, he was a son of the late Louis and Emma Santos. Prior to his retirement he was an electrician in the construction industry. He was a Veteran of the Vietnam War serving in the U.S. Army. He moved to Spring Hill August 1999 from Baldwin, NY. He was a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, Spring Hill, FL. He loved collecting cars, HO trains and Hess Trucks. He had "Hands of Gold" and loved working around the house. He could do just about anything when he put his mind to it.
He will be deeply missed by his wife, Lucrezia and daughters: Lucrezia wife of Anthony Dirico of Commack, NY and Denamarie Santo of Spring Hill, FL. He loved his grandsons: Anthony and Thomas Dirico of Commack, NY and was also survived by brothers: Ronald Santo and his wife, Marie and Martin Santo and his wife, Joyce all of Whitestone, NY. He has 3 nephews and 3 nieces.
