Margie Adams Denner, age 61, died at home on December 12 after a brief journey with brain cancer. This was just one last stop in the road for Margie, a world traveller, who began her adventures in Orlando, FL on August 18, 1955. She made friends everywhere she went because of her charming personality, her zest for new experiences, her genuine care for others, and her signature sassy attitude. On her journey, she also became a wonderful mama to two. To guide her children on their own journeys, she sang songs, answered their 1000 questions per day, and loved them with her whole heart. She married the love of her life, Mark Denner, on June 24, 2000, and she often referred to herself as the luckiest girl in the world. When she wasn't travelling to different countries, adventuring and making new friends, you may have seen her cruising around town in her Minicooper or Poodlemobile with a whole poodle family in the back. She was the life of the party, a generous hostess who loved to show others a good time. She touched the hearts of everyone she met, and made every stranger feel like a friend. In March 2016, she became a grandmother. Her granddaughter loved her Coco, as "G.Moxie" delighted in her songs, her laughter, her warmth, and her love. She is survived by her loving husband, Mark, son, Cameron, daughter-in-law Alex, daughter, Kirsten, son-in-law, Bret, granddaughter, Gwendolyn, sister Sandy Durrett, brother-in-law Clay Durrett, cousin Lorri Busby Gosnell, cousin Alan Gosnell, other loving family, and countless friends. We will all miss her MADly. In lieu of flowers, Margie asked that donations be made to the ASPCA. A Celebration Reception of her life will be held Saturday, 12/17/2016 at Turner Funeral Homes 14360 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, Florida 34609 from 5-7 p.m. Condolence messages may be left at www.turnerfuneralandcremation.com
