Melanie Dimmitt

Melanie Dimmitt, age 80, of Spring Hill, Florida passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2023. Melanie was an amazing person, a great mother, sister, aunt and friend to many. She raised a son(me) who is very proud of her, a survivor through all thick and thin. She cared about everyone, always wanting to help. Her many life accomplishments consisted of her own health food store, video stores, worked as a construction coordinator, a food director on a casino cruise ship and also owned a restaurant. Melanie also loved to dance and was a talented dance instructor. She was an animal lover & very active in animal rescue. She really loved the Lord and enjoyed sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with those who were willing to hear. In Melanie’s younger years she opened a Coffee House Ministry that inspired many people both young and older in her hometown of Clarion, Pa. She will be greatly missed by all of her friends and survivors: son James Best, sister and brother in law, Bill and Christina Adams, Niece Charlaine Sienicki, Nephew John Adams and his wife Melissa & family.
