

He was born in West Haven, Connecticut on July 27th 1927.
He was married to Barbara Jean Peck, and they were together many wonderful years.
Bob had a career as a lineman and Journeyman and was a member of IBEW Electrical union.
He adored his loving wife Barbara, He had a great passion for flying and got his Pilot's license while working on the pipeline in Alaska. He lived many places over the years, had many wonderful trips and also fought in World War II in the Navy. Later in his life he became interested in computers and was a master working with them.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife Barbara and his son Robert Glen Pelcher
He is survived by his daughters Donna Marklinksy of Florida, and Susan Pelcher Newman (Ernie Newman) of New Mexico, His grandchildren Sara Marklinsky, Sally Huey (Mike Huey), and Wes Gooch of Florida, Chris Newman (Chelsea) and Shaun Newman of New Mexico, and Jessica Kasuba Gussin (Bruce Gussin) of Connecticut, and Great-grandchildren Rhyder Okula, Cameron Okula, Lillian Gooch, and Jacob Brzezinski of Florida, and Ben Gussin of Connecticut.
A visitation for Robert will be held Monday, December 4, 2023 from 6:15 PM to 6:45 PM at Turner Funeral Homes, 14360 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, FL 34609, followed by a memorial service from 6:45 to 7:45pm
