Roger Edmund Bowser

Roger met and later married a childhood friend, Sherry Lynn Tyndall. They built a wonderful life together and were very blessed to have two children, Crystal Dawn and Jack Nelson. As a young man, Roger worked various jobs but spent most of his life working alongside his wife in the Decorative Resurfacing industry. In the latter years, Roger did Maintenance work and then during the great recession, he became a truck driver, which enabled him to travel across 48 states. Upon his decision to semi-retire, Roger began dealing with a debilitating illness which placed him into early retirement. He was a devoted Husband, Father and Grandfather who enjoyed playing scrabble, cards, fishing, television, movies and baseball.

He is survived by his best friend and wife of 42 years, Sherry Lynn Bowser; his daughter, Crystal Dawn Bowser along with her partner Richard Peck of Spring Hill, FL, and their three children, (his grandchildren) Joannie, Alivia, and Mason; his son Jack Nelson Bowser and his partner Amanda Butera of Brooksville, FL. Roger is also survived by his brothers, Raymond, Roland, Randal, and his sister, Robin.

Family and friends are welcome to attend the Graveside Services being held at Florida Hills Memorial Gardens located at 14360 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, FL 34609. Services will commence at 3:00pm on Saturday, September 13th, 2025.
