Sibby is survived by his fiancé, Dawn Harris of Spring Hill; the mother of his children, Dora DeVito of Syracuse, N.Y.; children, Rob and Kim Uchytil, of Spring Hill, Joseph and Holly DeVito and Lisa McAdams, of Syracuse, N.Y., John Harris (Macha), Joshua Harris (Bella), Jesse Harris, Jacob Harris (Jamie) all of Spring Hill; five grandchildren, Charles Uchytil aka Charlie Bones, Allyssa Uchytil aka Princess Knockahoma, of Spring Hill, Aiden McAdams aka Irving Rabinowitz of Syracuse, N.Y., John (JJ) Harris and Liam Harris of Spring Hill; brother and sister-in-law John and Victoria DeVito of Spring Hill and 13 nieces and nephews. Sibby also has numerous cousins in Brooklyn, Staten Island and New Jersey and countless longtime friends nationwide.
Sibby retired after 37 years as a postal clerk for the United States Postal Service. He was a die-hard N.Y. Rangers and Yankees fan, an excellent cook who enjoyed cooking for his family and a lover of all types of music. Sibby had an engaging personality who made friends easily and brought happiness to everyone he met. Sibby will be sorely missed by his family and friends but will leave a lasting impression on the world he left behind.
