Survived by daughters Mandy Ramsey and Susan Ross, brother Steven Kaplansky (Catherine), life partner Elaine Higgins, grandchildren-Nicholas Ross, Lily Ramsey, Hailey, Maddix, Dominik, Abbagail; nieces Marin Kaplansky Bogart (Daniel), LaKeisha Laporte, Meredith Kristall (Mark), nephews Harris Kaplansky (Ben), David Ostrow; cousins and others who loved him. Graveside services will be held Monday 1:00 PM at Mount Hebron Cemetery, Flushing NY.
