Mr. Arthur Seymour Fein, of Monsey, NY, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2016, in Suffern, NY. Mr. Fein was born on July 2, 1936, in the Bronx, NY. He was 80 years old. Graveside Services will be held on Friday, October 14, 2016, 1:30 PM, at Community Synagogue Cemetery, Brick Church Road and Route 306, New Hempstead, NY. Interment to follow.
