Beverly Ann Nussbaum

Beverly Ann Nussbaum was born on March 22, 1940, in Augusta, GA, and died on February 9, 2021, in New City, NY. She was the daughter of Philip and Ruth Tanenbaum and sister of Helen. Beverly moved to New York to attend Stern College, where she met her future husband, Dr. Tsvi C. Nussbaum. They were married on June 25, 1961, and were married for 51 years, until Tsvi’s death in 2012.

Beverly worked as an administrative assistant to support the family while Tsvi served his residency. They settled in New City, NY, where Beverly focused on raising their four daughters, Chani (Chaim Meckler), Susan, Karin (Eric Berkowitz), and Stephanie (Michael Kress), while Tsvi built his private medical practice.

Beverly is survived by her daughters; eight grandchildren—Jeffrey, Nicole, Eliana, Emma, Ayden, Adira, Yael, and Sophia—and two great-grandchildren, Olive and Zeke.

Funeral services will occur at 10:00 AM at Hellman Memorial Chapels, 15 State Street, Spring Valley, NY 10977. Interment will follow at Cedar Park Cemetery, 735 Forest Avenue, Paramus, NJ 07652.
