Mr. Fox was born on January 10, 1951, in Monticello, New York. He was 64 years old. Services will be held on Thursday, December 3, 2015, 1:00PM, at Hellman Memorial Chapels, 15 State Street, Spring Valley, New York, with Rabbi Craig Scheff officiating.
