Mr. Howard Sol Rubin, of New City, NY, passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2016, in Saddle River, NJ. Mr. Rubin was born on December 20, 1934, in the Bronx, NY. He was 81 years old. Graveside Services will be held on Sunday, May 1, 2016, 11:00 AM, at Sharon Gardens Cemetery, 273 Lakeview Avenue, Valhalla, NY. Interment will follow at the family plot.
