Isaac Leo Kram of Monsey NY, passed away on Sunday March 17, 2013 at Good Samaritan Hospital surrounded by his family. Mr. Kram was born April 4, 1921, in Riga, Latvia. He was 91 years old. Services were held on Monday March 18, 2013 at 2:00PM.
