Jack's wife Miriam passed away on August 24, 2006. He is survived by his six children Joy, Cheryl, Jeffrey, Susie, Amy and Michael.
He will always be loved and remembered in our hearts forever.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 1:00 PM at King David Cemetery, Putnam Valley, New York.
