Mrs. Libby Epstein, of Delray Beach, FL, passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at her residence. Mrs. Epstein was born on October 16, 1924, in the Bronx, NY. She was 91 years old. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 25, 2016, 1:00 PM, at Hellman Memorial Chapels, 15 State Street, Spring Valley, NY, with Cantor Zhar officiating.
