I am so sorry to learn of your loss.  
I will always remember my school days and often walking to North Main Street School with Richie.
With a smile I also remember our meeting to go to the Japanese Restaurant in Central Valley and
I will be forever grateful for the wonderful eulogy he gave at my husband's funeral.  Jay never forgot the years they spent together at the Hillcrest  Fire Dept.

I was very sorry to hear of Richard's loss.  I will always remember his kindness to me when working the RCVFA convention with my Dad (V. Ryan) and his love and support when my parents and brother passed away.  My thoughts and prayers to his family, he was a nice man and to remember a poem he gave to me at the time of my mother's funeral, he will always live on in your hearts.

I was so sorry to learn of Richie's passing. He was such a good guy with a great sense of humor. We enjoyed the luncheon meetings in planning our SVHS reunions.

Dear Mrs. Silverberg and family,

There was no finer educator and later, a life long friend, than Mr. Silverberg. 

50 years after I was in his class at Monsey Elementary he still inspires that level of respect in me that I could never call him Richie, despite his repeated requests that I do so.

He was a part of so many fond lasting memories of simpler times in Monsey that have lasted a lifetime. 

I know how much he means to so many, and today there is not only deep sadness but also profound gratitude for all that he has meant to me and my family.
