In 1969, Ron wed Flora and a 45 year happy marriage ensued. He is survived by his wife, Flora; two sons-Jason (Rachel) of Woodbury, Long Island, and Adam (Kelly) of Nyack; four grandchildren-Ava, Izabella, Elon and Ian; and a sister, Barrie Handleman of Niskayuna, NY.
After graduating Pace University in 1967, Ron began a successful career in Market Research. The family has been active members of the Nanuet Hebrew Center for the past 33 years, with Ron having served on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and Financial Secretary.
In 1986, Ron formed his own market research company, Target Research Group, Inc., which continues its successful operation in Nanuet, NY. He was joined by partner, Joe Jesuele, in 1991 and the company continued to grow and flourish through the 1990’s (being named as one of the top 50 Research Firms in the country). He retired in 2001 to pursue more family time, more time with friends both near and far, European travel with Flora and exotic Italian cars with his sons. He was an active volunteer at the Adult Learning Center of Rockland serving as a coach and instructor in several different classes and being a member of the Board of Directors.
