Mrs. Ruth Leah Kaplan of Chestnut Ridge, NY, passed away on Tuesday October 21st, 2014 at Care One at HUMC Pascack Valley in Westwood, NJ. Mrs. Kaplan was born February 8th, 1937 in New York, NY. She was 77 years old. Services will be held on Wednesday October 22nd, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Jewish Community Center Cemetery, Route 306 & Brick Church Road, New Hempstead, NY, with Rabbi Donnie Staum officiating.
