Billie Joanne Bradam, aged 88, passed away on Friday January 9, 2026 at Bethesda North Hospital. Billie was born in Crossville, TN on October 25, 1937 to the late William and Josephine (Smith) Randolph.
Billie was preceded in death by parents and stepmother, Jewell Randolph. She loved children and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Billie married Thomas Bradam on September 6, 1952 and they had one daughter, Anita. She is survived by her husband, Thomas Bradam; her daughter, Anita (John) Whitson; her granddaughters, April Whitson, Janet (Jason) Elliott; her great-grandchildren, Kelsie Whitson, Devin Whitson, Tanner Elliott, Cody Elliott; her stepsister, Pat Baker and her stepbrother, Frank (Glenda) Green.
Visitation will be at Anderson Funeral Home, 40 North Main Street, Springboro, Ohio, 45066, on January 15, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. The Funeral Service will follow with Pastor Barry Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Valley View Memorial Gardens.
