Julia F.Phelps, age 83, of Springboro, Ohio passed away on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at The Hospice of Dayton. She was born in Hazard, Kentucky on December 25, 1939, the daughter of the late Vearl and Ruth (Bachelor) Vaughn. She was also preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years, Thomas E. and a daughter, Pamela.
Julia is survived by her three daughters, Debbie (Randy) Griffen, Diane (Tim ) Drake, Missy (Scott) Regan; 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Private services and interment in Springboro Cemetery will be held at the convenience of the family.
A Celebration of Julia's Life will be held from 3:00-7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at The Deer Run Lodge, 10489 Dayton-Cincinnati Road, Miamisburg, Ohio, 45342.
