Steven was a graduate of Springboro High School and was currently employed with Keith Kennedy Construction.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Paula Mitchell.
Steven is survived by his daughter, Sarah Duncan; his grandson, Joshua Duncan; sister, Sharon Garrett, his brothers, Richard and Michael Duncan; his sister, Arlene Steele; and a dear friend, Laura Blubaugh..
