Scott Robert Tennant

Scott R Tennant, a wonderful son, father, soulmate, poppy, brother and friend, went to be with the lord on October 25, 2021, at the age of 57. Scott was born on June 21, 1964 to Albert and Shirley Tennant.

He grew up in Morgantown, West Virginia, where he played football and basketball. Scott graduated from West Virginia University with a bachelors of science in business administration. Scott moved to Ohio in 1986 to further his career in sales. Scott excelled in his career as a salesman, there was nothing he couldn’t sell. Scott enjoyed spending time with his family, hanging out with friends in the garage, riding harleys, watching football, basketball, hunting, and even throwing a friendly game of darts, if anyone dared to face the dart champion. Scott was the life of every party and stories about him are endless.

He was very proud of his son, step daughters, and grandchildren, they were his heart, and he was their world. The world will never be the same without him, but his memories and legacy will live on forever through his family, friends, and conversations about his life. Scott leaves behind his soulmate of 22 years, Debbie Darding, brother, Keith Tennant, his son, Alex (Amanda) Tennant, step daughters Jennifer (Bill Holger) Bryant and Stephanie (Chris) Mealy, grandchildren Julian St John, Ayla Holger, Juniper and Calvin Mealy, and multiple dear friends. Scott was preceded in death by both of his parents, Albert & Shirley Tennant.

A celebration of life will be 4pm to 6pm Thursday November 11, 2021 at Anderson Life Celebration Center, 1357 E. 2nd St, Franklin, Ohio 45005 with the service at 6pm.
