Mrs. Foley is survived by two daughters: Annabel (Roger) Cookson and Amy (B.J.) Taylor and one son-in-law, Olin Duff Shepherd, all of Springfield, nine grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter Cheryl Shepherd, four brothers: Emmet, Clay, Harry and Gus Wingerter, and three sisters: Ernestine Watson, Doll Frohn and Lucille Wingerter, and one daughter in infancy.
Agnes worked at Deters Dairy in Quincy and also worked as an in-home caretaker and also assisted in several nursing homes.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Sunday December 19, 2021 at Bisch Funeral Home West, 2931 Koke Mill Road. The family will greet friends from 9:00 am until the time of service Sunday at Bisch West. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday following the funeral service at Quincy Memorial Park in Quincy, Illinois.
